We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Remish. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling payments. This position requires experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and accurately process payments
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume orders
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
