Experienced Barista


We are a busy coffee shop in Chelyabinsk looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As one of the best coffee shops in the city, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality coffee and service.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, as well as handling cash transactions and taking customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is also preferred.

This position requires someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. You must have a friendly and outgoing personality to interact with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.

We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-Russian applicants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the food service industry while living and working in Chelyabinsk.
