We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Ensure the quality of all drinks served meets company standards
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, take orders, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness of the café and follow proper food safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles is an advantage
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $900 per month with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required.
