Industrial Alpinist



We are a leading industrial alpinism company based in Monte-Carlo, and we are seeking a skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various high-altitude tasks such as building maintenance, construction, and cleaning. This role requires strong physical fitness, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial alpinism tasks such as rope access work, rigging, and rescue operations
- Conduct building maintenance and repair work at heights using specialized equipment
- Assist with construction projects by providing access to hard-to-reach areas
- Clean and maintain building exteriors, including windows, facades, and roofs
- Inspect equipment and ensure proper safety measures are in place before each operation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure successful completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or related field
- Valid certification in industrial rope access (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Technical knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
