Job Title: Contract Surveyor - Svalbard


We are a leading construction company in Svalbard, seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that all measurements are accurate and in compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven experience working on construction projects
- Knowledge of surveying software and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Own valid visa for working in Svalbard

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, and other important information for construction projects
- Use surveying software and equipment to collect accurate measurements and data
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that all measurements are in compliance with project specifications
- Generate reports detailing survey findings, including maps, charts, and drawings
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the survey process
- Adhere to all safety regulations while on job sites

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.
