Waiter/Waitress - African Cuisine Restaurant

We are seeking experienced and passionate Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at our African cuisine restaurant in Doha. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating customers
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments using POS system or cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant setting
- Knowledge of African cuisine is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items when appropriate
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1400$ per month plus tips. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and meal discounts.
