Database Administrator

We are hiring a Database Administrator to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's databases, ensuring their security, availability, and performance. You will work closely with our IT team to develop and implement database solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate backup and recovery strategies
- Develop and implement database policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with IT team to design new databases or modify existing ones to meet business requirements
- Train employees on how to use the databases effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with database design, optimization, backup & recovery, and security procedures
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux
