Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project, from initiation to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and meets all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project timelines, resources, budgets and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular progress meetings and report on project status
- Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve project objectives
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards set by the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different aspects of the project
- Use project management tools and techniques to track progress and make adjustments as needed
- Provide timely updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary: 1100$ per month

City: Shan, India
