Project Manager



As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects in Shan, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Oversee project team members and delegate tasks as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Prepare project reports for clients and stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field
- Proven experience in project management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Shan (Preference for local candidates)
