Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist


We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Akron. This position is ideal for Indian nationals who have a good command of English and are looking for an opportunity to start their career in the IT field.

As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing and configuring computer systems and peripherals. This role is suitable for men who have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for selected candidates. However, candidates must possess strong customer service skills, be proficient in English, and have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree in computer science or related field is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Document all support activities accurately
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
