Tiler Supervisor


We are looking for an experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Balzers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tiling and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new tilers, as well as managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and monitoring progress.
- Train and mentor new tilers, ensuring that they follow proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to plan project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
- Set up work sites by installing necessary equipment, preparing surfaces, and ensuring safety measures are in place.
- Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and provide cost estimates.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment needed for tiling projects.
- Monitor project budgets and report any cost overruns to management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tiling.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of different tiling techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and communicate with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
