Job Title: Waiter/Waitress



We are a busy restaurant located in the vibrant city of Al-Rayyan, and we are currently seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an English-speaking professional with a friendly and outgoing personality, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Suggest menu items and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
