Game Developer


We are seeking a talented Game Developer to join our team in Svalbard. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative and engaging games that will captivate players. You will work closely with the design team to bring their ideas to life, as well as collaborate with other developers to ensure smooth gameplay and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new games from concept to launch
- Write efficient, modular, and reusable code
- Collaborate with designers to create engaging gameplay mechanics
- Implement sound effects, music, and visual effects
- Test and debug code to ensure smooth performance on various platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into game development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in game development using Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong knowledge of C++, C#, or Java programming languages
- Solid understanding of game design principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $1500 per month without accommodation

Location: This position is based in Svalbard, an archipelago located between Norway and the North Pole.
