Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and assist with arrangements for local attractions, restaurants, transportation, etc.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Prepare bills and handle payment transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must be physically able to lift heavy luggage on a regular basis
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
A competitive salary of 1300$ per month will be offered along with free visa and ticket. Accommodation is not provided.
