We are hiring an efficient Administrator to join our team in Bayan, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English language
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors, clients, and government agencies
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Provide support to management as needed
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
