We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at our facilities and properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Repair or replace faulty equipment or components
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Skilled in using various hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Strong communication skills in order to understand instructions and provide updates on progress
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Applicants must be willing to work in this city.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. Some flexibility may be required for emergency repairs.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, basic knowledge of Russian would be beneficial.
