Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and create detailed plans and blueprints for construction. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs meet safety, environmental, and budgetary standards. You should have a strong understanding of industrial processes and materials, as well as experience with relevant software programs. This is a full-time position based in Eschen, offering a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Prepare detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications for industrial structures
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information
- Utilize relevant software programs to create 2D/3D models of designs
- Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental, and building regulations
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial design or architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes/regulations
- Familiarity with sustainability practices
