Industrial Architect for Construction Company in Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our growing construction company based in Eschen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities.

As an Industrial Architect, your main duties will include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and managing the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of industrial building codes and regulations, as well as experience with sustainable design principles. You must also have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare cost estimates and project schedules
- Manage the construction process from start to finish
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes/regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
