Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the company's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. You will use your knowledge of IT security principles and practices to identify vulnerabilities, monitor networks for potential attacks, and develop security measures to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Monitor networks and systems for suspicious activity and respond to incidents in a timely manner
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends in order to proactively address any potential risks
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on best practices for information security
- Participate in incident response planning and execution when necessary
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed for security audits or investigations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM) preferred
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 900$ per month.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

Employment Type: Full-time.
