Barber - Hair Stylist


We are looking for a skilled Barber or Hair Stylist to provide professional hair care services to our diverse clientele in Vilnius. As a Barber, you will be responsible for cutting, styling, and grooming hair according to each client's desired look. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing expert advice on hair care.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and understand their specific hair care needs
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and make recommendations based on their hair type and facial features
- Cut, trim, and shape hair using professional tools
- Provide various styling services such as blowouts, braids, updos, etc.
- Perform beard trims and shaves
- Apply hair color treatments as requested by clients
- Keep work stations clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and products used
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Stay updated on current haircutting techniques and trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or Hair Stylist
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of a wide range of haircutting techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of sanitation practices for maintaining a clean work environment

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Accommodation is not provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing.
