As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed, sanitized, and stored according to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine
- Hand wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment as needed
- Sort and stack clean dishes for efficient storage
- Clean kitchen surfaces, including counters, floors, and walls
- Empty trash bins regularly
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of health codes and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills in English (fluency not required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
