A reputable architectural firm in Braga is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and project managers, and ensuring that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Designing commercial buildings according to client specifications
- Creating detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Working closely with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design plans
- Managing project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1800$ per month without accommodation
