Job Title: Industrial Architect - Contract Position in Fonvieille

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Fonvieille. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits and gather information on existing structures and infrastructure
- Create detailed designs and drawings using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective execution of plans
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience working on industrial projects from concept through completion
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and collaborating with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Biometric passport for ease of international travel

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per week along with accommodation during the duration of the contract. This position is open to all nationalities; however, applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
