Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator


We are a growing company in Ashdod, seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining computer networks and systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Monitor network performance and security
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure software applications on servers and workstations
- Maintain backups of critical data and implement disaster recovery measures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or upgrades
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network administration

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols, TCP/IP protocols, DNS/DHCP configuration, VPNs, firewalls, etc.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Certifications such as CCNA or MCSA are a plus
