We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our company's network, servers, and computer systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting system issues, ensuring network security, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install and configure hardware and software for servers, routers, switches, and other network devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and group policies
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data recovery in case of system failures
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency
- Provide technical support to users on hardware and software issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN configurations, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), VLANs, VPNs
- Experience with Windows server operating systems (2008/2012/2016), Active Directory domain services
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
