Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Shan, Nepal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications, as well as providing technical leadership to junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality software applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python)
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with web development frameworks (Spring, Django)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport required

Salary: 1400$ per month
