Residential Painter

We are seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint
- Protect surfaces by covering areas with drop cloths or masking tape
- Mix paints to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Fill cracks and holes with putty or caulk to ensure smooth surface
- Clean up work area after completion of job
- Follow safety procedures while working on ladders or scaffolding

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Painter
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport is required for non-natives
