Surveyor - Land and Property Surveying Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Zagreb. As a Land and Property Surveying Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping of land, buildings, and other structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure accurate data collection for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and 3D laser scanners
- Create detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with project teams to determine survey needs and requirements
- Ensure all measurements are accurate and comply with local regulations
- Analyze data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Provide technical advice to clients on land use planning and development projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, GIS)
- Knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations in Zagreb preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ per month
Contract job: This is a full-time contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
