Web Designer


A fast-growing company in Herzliya is seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business goals. You must have experience in both graphic design and web development, as well as a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new websites, including layout, graphics, and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve website design
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure all website designs are responsive across different devices
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web design technologies and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web design or development
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Experience designing for various platforms (desktop, mobile)
- Strong understanding of UX principles
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (Hebrew is a plus)
