Accountant - Jizan, Philippines

We are currently seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team in Jizan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Handle tax filings and assist with audits
- Develop and maintain financial databases and reports
- Communicate financial information to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preference:
- Filipino nationality
- Residing in Jizan or willing to relocate
- Prior experience with biometric passports
