IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Jerusalem and oversee the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, network infrastructure, security systems, and telecommunications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all technology systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of network architecture, server administration, and cloud computing
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT strategies in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$

Location: Jerusalem (Preference for Indian candidates)
