Waiter/Waitress

A busy restaurant in Utena is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate orders and ensure all special requests are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be legally eligible to work in Utena without visa sponsorship
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus tips. This position does not include accommodation; therefore we prefer candidates who are already living in Utena or willing to relocate at their own expense. This role is also suitable for recent graduates looking for an entry-level position in the hospitality industry.
