Hotel Sales Manager
Our hotel in Nizwa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Manage the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop integrated campaigns
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients and prepare proposals
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and hospitality industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
