Hotel Sales Manager - Nizwa, Egypt
We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential markets and develop targeted promotions and campaigns. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to secure group bookings and negotiate rates.
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively present information to clients and stakeholders. You must also have strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates for the hotel. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales is preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates.
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with market trends and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
