Merchandiser Specialist

We are in need of a skilled Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This contract position requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of merchandising strategies and techniques, as well as experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing products
- Create visually appealing displays that adhere to brand guidelines
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
