Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills to ensure that our team delivers exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front and back of house operations
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets to ensure profitability
- Interact with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus, specials, and pricing strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
