Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping our properties in excellent condition and ensuring the satisfaction of our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
-Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
-Conducting inspections to identify and address any potential issues before they become major problems
-Responding to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner and resolving issues efficiently
-Coordinating with contractors for larger repair jobs or renovations
-Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
-Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Handyman or in property maintenance
-Able to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
-Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in property maintenance
-Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Good time management skills
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Ability to communicate effectively with tenants

Salary:
1600$ monthly salary
