We are currently seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, installation, and support of network and system infrastructure for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install and configure network and server hardware, software, and applications
- Perform routine maintenance on network equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and file sharing within the network
- Develop backup strategies to ensure data protection in case of system failures or disasters
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions to maintain uptime
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies related to networking and systems administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
