Entry Level Network and Systems Administrator


We are currently seeking an Entry Level Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in La-Condamine. As an administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and support of all network and systems infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring network performance, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the network and systems
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal functionality
- Implement security measures to protect data from cyber threats
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss in case of system failures
- Provide technical support to end-users for network and systems related issues
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration between systems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and virtualization technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
