Machine Operator

A reputable manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production processes. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the performance of machines to ensure smooth production flow
- Inspect machinery for any malfunctions and perform troubleshooting as needed
- Adjust machine settings and controls to meet production requirements
- Maintain optimal machine efficiency by performing regular maintenance and cleaning
- Monitor quality control standards and make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical instructions and diagrams
- Ability to operate various types of machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills in English (French language proficiency is an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Must have legal authorization to work in Dubai without accommodation
