Barista (English-Speaking) - Sofia, Bulgaria



Our busy café in the vibrant city of Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As an English-speaking Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages for our diverse clientele. This is a great opportunity for a foreigner or student looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and prepare coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus)
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience).
