Barista - Full Time (No English Required) in Sofia, Bulgaria


We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light meals and snacks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee making techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer requests
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches and pastries, when needed
- Ensure high-quality standards for all drinks served
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
