Network and Systems Administrator



As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This includes installing, configuring, and monitoring network equipment, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and other system access controls
- Implement security measures to protect our network from potential threats
- Regularly back up data and develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failure
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP), hardware (e.g. routers) and software (e.g. LAN/WAN)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP management, virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware), and cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users from different departments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month with accommodation provided. This is a contract job based in Sheduva with the possibility of extension based on performance.
