Elevator Installer/Technician
Location: Washington, USA



We are seeking a skilled Elevator Installer/Technician to join our team in Washington. As an Elevator Installer/Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining elevators and escalators in commercial and residential buildings.

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an elevator installer or technician preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Physically fit and able to work at heights

Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators and escalators according to blueprints and manufacturer instructions
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, checking safety systems, and replacing worn components.
- Respond to service calls for repairs or malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues with elevators and escalators and provide effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of their elevators and escalators.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1700 per month. Salary may vary based on experience.
