Indian Baker in Nairobi


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Nairobi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods according to traditional Indian recipes. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake traditional Indian breads, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure high quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Indian Baker
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Baking or Culinary Arts from a recognized institution
- Experience working in a commercial bakery setting
