Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facade work and be familiar with biometric passports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair building facades
- Inspect and assess the condition of existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete tasks
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all building codes
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Keep accurate records of work completed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade work is required
- Knowledge of biometric passports preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Familiarity with different types of facade materials such as glass, metal, and stone
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary

Education:
No formal education requirements but relevant training or certifications in facade work is preferred.

This position is based in Funchal, Portugal.

Salary:
