Architecture Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the required standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Review project drawings and make necessary changes as needed
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Participate in the selection of subcontractors and manage their work on the project
- Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Fluency in English is preferred
