Job Title: IT Support Specialist



We are a rapidly growing IT company based in Beer-Sheva, seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. This position is open to all candidates, regardless of nationality or location.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, configuring networks and systems, and providing training and guidance to users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to communicate technical information in layman's terms are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up new computers or systems for clients
- Configure networks for optimal performance
- Install and update software applications
- Train users on new systems or applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Keep accurate records of all support activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an IT Support Specialist
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Employees are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.
