Indian Sales Manager in Al-Rayyan
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Create sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance
- Lead the sales team and provide coaching, training, and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to develop integrated strategies
- Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead of the game
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Al-Rayyan or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
