Administrator - Jizan Visa Sponsorship

We are seeking an efficient and organized Administrator to join our team in Jizan. As part of our commitment to diversity, we welcome applications from qualified African candidates who do not have English language proficiency. We offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including budgeting and invoicing
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and documents
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
- Provide administrative support to team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken (English proficiency is not required)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary: 1300$ per month.

Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia.
